Vintage Photographs Of Coggeshall, Essex

I have just added nine vintage photographs of Coggeshall, Essex to Reminiscene. The photographs, all of which are in Coggeshall Museum’s collection, and which are reproduced with the kind permission of the museum, show:

A flood at Gardner’s Brewery in Bridge Street in 1903;
A view of Church Street during Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations in 1897;
Coggeshall Royal British Legion Quoits Team in 1928;
Members of the Women’s Institute performing a scene about the life of Thomas Paycocke in 1947;
Sir James Fortescue Flannery, Bt. canvassing in Abbey Lane in 1910;
Coggeshall Fire Brigade in1903;
The National Fire Service Pump and Crew in 1948;
Kelvedon and Coggeshall Gas Company float at Coggeshall Carnival in 1930.
